Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Canada

• Free expedited shipping on orders over $150 (pre-tax)

• Flat rate shipping of $19 on orders under $150

• Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items

United States

• Flat rate shipping of $35 (tracked)

• Orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees set by U.S. Customs

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid before shipping

International

Shipping starts at $55 and varies based on destination, size, and weight

Please note: 

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Delivery times may vary and are outside of our control.

Local Pickup (Canmore)

Local to Canmore or visiting the mountains? Select Local Pickup at checkout (no charge). We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on regular-priced items from Canada and the USA.

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

• To start a return, email us at info@indigobaycanmore.com with your order details

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

• A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from U.S. returns

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Swimwear

• Intimates

• International orders outside of the USA

Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
