We offer FREE IN STORE PICK UP. You will be charged $19 at checkout on orders under $150 (pre tax), but please call us at 403 678 8808 or email us at info@indigobaycanmore.com and we will refund you the full shipping amount and have your order ready and waiting! 

We work quickly to get your orders on the way to you! Orders are processed between 1 and 2 business days in most cases. Because of shipping volume and COVID-19 restrictions please understand that we can't guarantee shipping times via Canada Post.

Sale items are Final Sale (no returns, exchanges or price adjustments).

We cover the cost of shipping for orders over $150 (pre tax) within Canada. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate. See further details below.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Orders of +$150 (pre tax) enjoy FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING. All other orders enjoy Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $19.00* there may be additional charges for larger or heavier items. 

SHIPPING TO USA

Flat rate shipping of $35.00 via Canada Post with tracking. Additional charges may apply for larger or heavier items. You will be contacted if additional shipping charges are required.


SHIPPING TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS 

Minimum shipping charge of $55.00 and will vary depending on the size, weight, and final destination of your order. Please contact us stating the items you would like to purchase and your mailing/billing address for a shipping quote. Sorry, no free shipping for international orders. 

ALL SHIPMENTS

All orders are the responsibility of the purchaser once they have been received by the Carrier. Indigo Bay is not responsible for loss or damage. All International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees as charged by customs. Indigo Bay is not responsible for any additional charges that may be applied. 

RETURNS

Returns are available for refund or store credit on regular priced items for orders placed from within Canada or the USA. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be in unworn condition with all original tags attached and unmodified.  Shipping charges and any duties/taxes for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A flat rate shipping charge of $15 will be deducted from refund amounts if all items from the order are returned. 

Duties/taxes/fees charged on returned items from the USA will be deducted.

Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange. Jewellery, hats, swimwear, and intimates are also final sale. International orders outside of the USA are final sale. 

To request a Return:

Email: info@indigobaycanmore.com stating the reason for the return before sending your package.

If you are sending your package via CANADA POST you must use our P.O Box mailing address otherwise Canada Post will not deliver your package and it may be returned to you.
